For the past twenty years we've been producing fine meats, plants, wool products and eggs while improving our soils, conserving our natural resources and contributing to keeping our air and water safe and clean.  

 Hello, my name is Lisa Dachinger and I'm a first generation farmer. I became a farmer because I'm passionate about feeding my family the freshest and most nutritious food possible.

Over the past 20 years my farm has grown from raising vegetables and eggs to growing the finest grass-fed lamb, pork and veal and serving families and individuals from the Berkshires to New York and Boston.

My greatest reward is hearing how happy and satisfied folks are when they are visiting and exploring the farm or when eating and enjoying our all natural products. I can't wait to hear from you.
