Rocks 04/10/2010

First the snow had to melt, then the rocks needed picking (that means you bend over, pick up a rock and place it in the bucket of the tractor - you do this many times and dump the bucket at least three times to call it a successful rock-picking day!), then the manure and lime are spread and then finally the plowing and harrowing begins.

With all the warm weather we've had we've been busy, busy, busy!

We really enjoyed stopping by the farm today. The farm store, with all the beautifully colored wool was wonderful. My son and daughter really enjoyed their dinner tonight, FRESH EGGS!! They were delicious. Thanks and we look forward to seeing you over the coming season!
